the Bear SG some veggie worms are good.. extra protein anyway, my sis in the gym.. she went before.. almost everyday, took 2 classes.. then return home and pengsan.. then go eat too much after she wakes up at least better than me.. i skip the gym classes and everything else and go straight to the "eat too much" part

kopiosatu SG i see the emails within the intranet sometimes. its funny how they send replies macam they are using an instant messenger and all coming from higher ranks. i think emails has made officers super lazy, no need to go anywhere, just sit in the office send email and wait for reply while sipping coffee and reading the newspaper.
